International Shipping

Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we use DHL for all international orders. Please note that it takes up to 2 business days to process and ship your order after payment authorization. The estimated delivery time is 8-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We would also like to bring to your attention that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable fees (if any) will be collected at the time of order delivery.

In the event that the duties and taxes are not paid, the order will be canceled or returned, and the payment will not be refunded to the customer.

Domestic Shipping

When it comes to domestic shipping in Pakistan, we offer a flat fee of  PKR 200 on all orders whether you choose to pay online or opt for cash on delivery.

If you’re paying online, once your payment is authorized, we’ll process your order and ship it out within 2 days. It’s important to keep in mind that this is just an estimate and excludes weekends and holidays. Typically, customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped out. 

However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially if you’re in a remote area.

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience for all our customers, orders placed with the “Cash on Delivery” option will be processed after a successful telephonic verification. 

Please note that Lilac Hues reserves the right to process all orders at its discretion.
